Gold Eagle College Scholarship Program Overview
The Gold Eagle College Scholarship provides financial support to incoming first-year students pursuing STEM degrees at select partner schools. This program is designed to make quality education more accessible to students who show academic potential but may lack the financial means. About the Scholarship
For Academic Year 2025–2026, the Gold Eagle College Scholarship Grant is open to incoming college freshmen enrolling in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) courses at six partner institutions of the Insular Foundation.
This scholarship is geared toward hardworking and talented students in need of financial support. Its ultimate goal is to empower individuals through education—helping not only the scholars themselves, but also their families and communities, while contributing to the nation’s progress.
Qualifications:
To be eligible for the Gold Eagle College Scholarship, applicants must meet the following requirements:
1. Must be officially enrolled in one of the Insular Foundation’s partner schools, taking up an approved STEM course.
2. Must be an incoming college freshman who has successfully passed the school’s admission exam.
3. Must have earned a General Weighted Average (GWA) of at least 85% in Grade 11 and Grade 12 (up to the latest grading period).
4. Must be enrolled in at least 15 academic units by the time the scholarship is awarded.
5. Must come from a low-income household:
6. For students at UP Diliman, family income must not exceed ₱500,000 annually.
7. For those at provincial SUCs, the family income cap is ₱250,000 per year.
8. Must have a clean disciplinary record, with no penalties worse than a five-day suspension in Senior High School.
9. Must not be receiving any other scholarship grants for the same academic period covered by the Insular Foundation scholarship.

Eligibility Requirements
To apply for the Gold Eagle College STEM Scholarship, make sure to prepare and submit these documents:

3. Certified True Copies of Grade 11 and Grade 12 Report Cards (The Grade 12 card must have at least first term or second grading period grades)
4. Certificate of Good Moral Character
5. Certified True Copy of your family’s latest BIR Income Tax Return (ITR). If unavailable, submit a notarized Affidavit of Source of Income
6. Certified True Copy of your Certificate of Registration or Admission from your chosen college/university
